The Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is a full wine with great levels of complexity. Harvested from 3 vineyard parcels situated on the mid-slope on granite soils, where vines are low yielding, weaker and more exposed.
The result is a wine that is incredibly expressive of our terroir showcasing minerality and elegance. The Reserve is round and generous on both the palate and the nose where it shows floral elements, perfume, and hints of citrus blossom. The truly unique experience is the unexpected crisp and salty finish derived from our close proximity to the cold Atlantic Ocean.
Fermented in French oak barrels Released 14 months after vintage, this wine will continue to develop and improve for many years.
